The place was fabulous and luxury and the staff were courteous, the location was stunning located on a hill.
Outstanding place for a visit to San Francisco, it has unbeatable location on top of nob hill and terrific services.
Thank you for my really great stay, liked this place, I would stay here again. Everything here was great, location and staff were very good! The in-house restaurant was good with plenty of meals in the menu.

The hotel of choice in San Francisco. Everything was very good, loved our very nice stay. An above average buffet breakfast was a plus. We got room with nice decor and a huge bathroom to relax. Besides, the location was perfect for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of antique cable cars.
The room had ugly views.
It was a wonderful stay. Fairly clean and traditional place. Early check-in was a bonus.
Paid gbp 11 per 24 hours to access the net, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.
It is a luxury property located in Nob Hill district near Union Square, many sights to see.
Their breakfast is not so good, can be much better.
Lobby was lovely. We stayed in the queen room, it was modest. Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated hotel in Nob Hill district;)))
Gorgeous location, large beds, delicious breakfast. Separate room, marble-lined bathroom. The bay view was magnificent. There was a fantastic restaurant, shops and a market next door...

Second to none rooms and staff, I had a FANTASTIC stay. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. I appreciated spending time in the lovely garden.
Location and staff were exceptional, I enjoyed every detail. They made my stay pleasant. The bed was amazing and it was great having high ceiling and thick blackout curtains. The property was set in a fantastic area. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was grand old.
Everything was good and fairly clean, I enjoyed rooms and staff. The beds were super, I slept well. Lovely central hotel set in the pretty comfortable area. Grand reception.
Location is ideal and caring staff made my stay really lovely. All in all it's overall clean place, they have nice beds. Fab food as for buffet breakfast.
Moreover, WiFi was available in the rooms.
The street, it was too noisy.
This hotel is equal to 5 stars. A DELUXE venue in an nice setting with a huge variety of little extras. Being feet from Lori's Diner was nice, we had dinner there. We stayed in the deluxe room and loved it.
We appreciated the room, it was good sized. 5-star hotel in San Francisco. 30 minutes drive to the airport:)))

My favourite property in San Francisco. Everything is perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed it. They provide many type of service - nice bar, free wi-fi, shuttle to the airport.
